An indefinite-term work permit, on the other hand, does not tie the foreigner's right to work to a specific employer or an expiration date. When changing employers, the foreigner is not required to apply for a new definite-term permit each time; however, the work performed must comply with citizenship, diploma, license, equivalency, or professional chamber requirements set forth in special laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An indefinite-term work permit does not constitute Turkish citizenship. It does not grant the foreigner political rights or the right to enter public service.
