However, a social security agreement does not constitute a general work exemption that automatically eliminates the requirement for a work permit.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aile_Uyeleri_Ayni_Haktan_Otomatik_Yararlanir_mi\"><\/span>Do Family Members Benefit Automatically From the Same Rights?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A residence permit granted to a TRNC citizen does not automatically grant the same card to the spouse and children. The citizenship, age, dependency status, and current status of each family member are examined separately. If the spouse or child is also a TRNC citizen, they may apply on their own behalf under Article 31\/1-k.
