A conviction rendered without conducting these investigations was reversed in favor of the defendant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yargitay.gov.tr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yarg\u0131tay 7.
