There is no obstacle to the submission of the petition to the court; the required amounts, fees, and expenses are deposited, and the case file is opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, there is an important distinction here. If the filed lawsuit is not one of the urgent and exceptional matters enumerated in Article 103 of the HMK, although the petition is accepted, substantive review and hearings are generally postponed until after the expiration of the judicial recess. You do not need to file a separate petition or make a request to the court for this extension; the extension occurs automatically by operation of law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The point to be careful about is this: if the final day of the deadline falls after the judicial recess (for example, on September 5), the additional one-week extension does not apply. The extension is only available for deadlines whose final day coincides with the recess.
