class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>repetition and continuity of the acts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mental\/physical wear and tear of the victim,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>impairment of the victim's dignity, driving them into a sense of fear\/helplessness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eziyet_Sucunun_Cezasi_TCK_961\"><\/span><strong>Penalty for the Crime of Torture (TCK 96\/1)<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Article 96\/1 of the TCK:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
