consequences occur, the sentence determined for the crime of torture&nbsp;<strong>increased by half<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Permanent weakening of a sense or organ function<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even if the victim does not completely lose an organ or sense&nbsp;<strong>if it is permanently weakened<\/strong>&nbsp;this clause
